I'm feeling pretty guilty.

Something big happens on Sunday night and I haven't kept you very well informed.

The fourth edition of the Niche Affiliate Marketing System workshop jumps to $397. And it will never be lower than $397 again. So if you're waiting for a coupon - it ain't happening! We are working our way to $697 or until it sells out.

We currently have 92 seats left.

That seems like a lot. It's not!

In 28 days since we packed our bags leaving NAMS3 behind, we've signed up 93 people. The $297 price will be gone on Sunday at 11:59 p.m. EST. If you have friends, family or subscribers that are waiting for the best price to get in, this is it. And it won't be this price when they wake up Monday morning.

During NAMS 1, 2 and 3, we used discount coupons to drive ticket sales. People can not count on that any longer.

But I can guarantee this: On Monday, when the price hits $397, NAMS4 will never be lower. That [...]

Something big happens on Sunday night.

The fourth edition of the Niche Affiliate Marketing System workshop jumps to $397. And it will never be lower than $397 again. So if you’re waiting for a coupon – it ain’t happening! We are working our way to $697 or until it sells out.

We currently have 92 seats left.

That seems like a lot. It’s not!

In 28 days since we packed our bags leaving NAMS3 behind, we’ve signed up 93 people. The $297 price will be gone on Sunday at 11:59 p.m. EST. If you have friends, family or subscribers that are waiting for the best price to get in, this is it. And it won’t be this price when they wake up Monday morning.

During NAMS 1, 2 and 3, we used discount coupons to drive ticket sales. People can not count on that any longer.

But I can guarantee this: On Monday, when the price hits $397, NAMS4 will never be lower. That means sign up now or pay a higher price later if you decide to come.

Here’s three very important links for you:

NAMS Affiliate Video – watch this to see how to get your EXACT affiliate link.

NAMS Affiliate Program sign up page

NAMS Affiliate Program log in page

Sell two workshop tickets and you’ve yours is basically free.

NAMS is ever evolving, getting bigger and better. The problem, of course, is knowing how big to get… Obviously, if we could accommodate 1000 people at each event, that would be great for the NAMS faculty and me personally. But would it be good for you? I don’t think so!

So, we’ve found our physical limit – 185 seats.

We’ve negotiated (and will be signing) a two-year deal with the Crowne Plaza in Atlanta for several reasons, but the biggest three are:

Internet: After stuttered with Internet access at NAMS 1 and 2, they nailed it with NAMS3. Accessing the internet for each person who attends is very important for the workshop. And to accommodate 185 people at the same time is a very complicated technical maneuver in which the Crowne Plaza has invested time and money

Layout: The hotel is structured really well to accomplish our classroom structure. Frankly, NAMS would be a different workshop facility if we hadn’t joined with the hotel to take over multiple rooms to accomplish what we needed to do

Price: They give us a great deal on room rates – $94. I’m a Marriott Platinum Plus member with 160 nights in 2009 under my belt. I NEVER get rooms for less than $100

As soon as the contract is completed, I’ll open up the hotel registration site.

So why is the workshop moving to $397 so soon? After all, it’s nearly six months until the NAMS4.

Well, if you’ve been a NAMS-ter for awhile, you’ll have seen a very clever marketing funnel, I believe.

We increased the price as the quality improved and the enthusiastic community grew. The $397 price is still cheap for the quality of the content and the education. It’s also a price point that is very attractive to affiliates. That means more sales and more tickets and more competition to get in which will means the price will continue to go up.

I could easily charge $1997 for NAMS now.

Seminars with NO education value are charging that kind of price and people are paying. But the quality of student and dedication of the instructors is more important to me. We’re building up people as we build up the price. And we prove it with results. Watch the video of Rafael Sanchez.

And you get to participate as an affiliate. See the links above.

At NAMS4, we’ll introduce the monthly version of NAMS that will give students from NAMS 1 through 4 VERY special benefits. But only those who have attended NAMS to that point will get those benefits.

Stay tuned and be sure to come to NAMS4.

Why do I have to sign an NDA and release to attend a NAMS workshop?

NAMS team working together / photo by Roger Carr

Newcomers who walk into the Niche Affiliate Marketing System workshop are often surprised that they must sign a Non-Disclosure form (NDA) that includes a release to use your picture, testimonial and audio comments.

The release part of the document isn’t the part that scares people. It’s the non-disclosure paragraph that gives people pause.

“I also agree that I may be hearing proprietary information during the conference, and I agree to not plagiarize the work of others, or share this information with competing parties. However, the concepts and strategies I learn may be assimilated, emulated and modeled from others into my own project, but I will not steal or disclose proprietary information to others, it just wouldn’t be right.“

And further down the one-page agreement, it says:

“I also agree that when I present my project that I do so willingly, and understand that I may divulge proprietary information to my fellow conference participants who have also agreed to the above paragraphs.”

Just briefly, let me explain the reasons behind this document and why its completion is mandatory for attendance at NAMS.

Instructors at NAMS are incredibly generous. They share stuff with you that they seldom share with other people or if they do, it’s for a lot of money. A couple of speakers emerged from sessions last year concerned that they really shared too much info about the inner workings of their business and ask if I could edit it out of the recordings. The answer is “No”. That’s one aspect of the workshop recordings that makes them so valuable.

This document guarantees that you won’t steal their secrets, so instructors can feel safe about telling you. You can model what they do. But wholesale replication of a business is verboten. (And goes without saying…)

Trust is absolutely required to make this workshop effective. As an attendee, you may want to divulge serious issues you’re having with your business. Or talk about serious opportunities within your business. You can even share with your “competitors” in the same niche because the workshop NDA document creates boundaries that people respect.

The document clearly states that you can use what you hear. You cannot steal other people’s work.

It’s silly that we have to discuss this, but this document is to make you feel comfortable, not anxious.

And I admit, with the people that we attract, ethics is not a problem.

If you’d like a preview of the one page document, here it is.

Tomorrow, I start packing the stuff I have to bring to the Niche Affiliate Marketing System Workshop.

I travel a bunch, so I’m pretty good at packing. I never check bags. Even when I fly cross country for a 12-day stay, I’ve got everything I need in my one little carry-on bag.

But this time, I’m loading up a U-Haul trailer and lugging that bad boy the four-hour drive to Atlanta on Wednesday. Some of my items include:

100 AA Batteries – Check

36 Nine Volt Batteries – Check

7 Wireless Handheld microphones – Check

3 Wireless Headset microphones – Check

3 LCD Projectors – Check

3 Computers – Check

and so on and so on…

But I’ve also been thinking about what you need to bring. Here’s my must have stuff:

coffee, filters and coffee maker (yes, it’s that serious)

laptop if you have one (you can get by without a computer)

camera

business cards

jacket

laptop

notebook / pen for taking notes

video camera

bag to bring home your stuff

zip lock bag to keep all your exchanged business cards in

comfortable shoes and clothes

business casual/ not provocative

And then I found out that Nicole Dean has created a comprehensive packing list at her blog site. It’s a little heavy on the wine if you ask me, but okay…

Check it out. It’s much better than my list.

We’re getting very close to NAMS3 and you can still make it!

In less than 2 weeeks, we’ll be finishing our first workshop day in Atlanta. At 6 p.m. on that evening, we’ll migrate to the opening reception drinking beer or soda, nibbling on snacks, getting to know one another and digesting the overwhelming information we received that day.

We’ll be tired, overwhelmed, exhilarated and incredibly excited.

Before the guzzling begins, you will have given feedback on the day so we can adjust Saturday’s schedule and teaching focus if we need it to be more effective and we’ll have gone over what we’re experiencing in Day 2 of the workshop.

We’ll have issues that need to be resolved and success stories that need to be trumpeted. And we’ll have about a 1000 tweets on Twitter with #NAMS hashtag that need to be sorted through.

Videos will be posted on Youtube and blogs will be blazing with reports from the Niche Affiliate Marketing System.

And those of you who will be at home reading and listening to the buzz will be so sorry you didn’t make it.

But it’s not too late.

We’ve had some cancellations because of family situations and last minute changes. One person had a car wreck. Another had to take care of a mother who’s gone into a hospital. Life sometimes gets in the way. We’ll miss them and keep their situations in our thoughts and prayers.

But fortunately for you, about 10 NAMS3 slots have opened up. Remember, NAMS3 sold out on Dec. 1. I put the sales page up last night, and already 2 of those are gone. It will come down on Friday at noon EST or when the remaining 8 seats are gone.

If you’d like to attend NAMS3 next week, go to the Niche Affiliate Marketing System page to register with a $300 coupon discount off the $697 price.

This is a very special group of people as proven by the incredible response in the new forum. If you haven’t seen it or become part of it, see what they’re saying about NAMS3.

See you in Atlanta…

Why should you stay around there for Monday morning activities.

I got a question from a Niche Affiliate Marketing System registrant about why she should stay at the weekend workshop until Monday morning?

Of course, it’s really the day after. Our activities will only last about 2 hours.

But for those of you who’ve never been a live event like this, you’ll be dog-tired on Monday. You’ll have created great friends that you won’t want to leave. (Kind of like leaving a really intense camp.)

The Monday morning period is really a cool down, networking opportunity to make sure you’ve gotten everyone’s information and to say your good byes. These people – especially your small group – should become business partners and masterminds…if not really good friends.

Monday morning is also when we celebrate everyone’s success! With valuable prizes Check out the Niche Affiliate Marketing System sales page.

The only problem is you have to be there to win the prize (see the comment about hotel rooms earlier…there’s a reason for everything I do sometimes apparent only to me though.)

And another person asked: I only have a desktop at home. What should I do?

Obviously, you can’t bring a desktop (although I did that once to on a trip to New York City 16 years ago. You should have seen me lugging a huge desktop, 17-inch monitor and all the stuff that went with it through the Newark airport. Laptops were almost as big as desktops then.)

Unfortunately, if you don’t bring a laptop, you’ll be stuck watching someone else work. I’d suggest renting or borrowing one for the weekend. Create a directory for your stuff and making a CD of it when you’re done.

Make sure it has wireless connectivity too. You can test that out at any free wi-fi coffee shop.
