This is a great place to share Affiliate Marketing Secrets

Alright, maybe not the secrets, but the tips, tricks and know-how would be good.

If you haven't heard of Clickbank - you should check that out. What about David's Niche Widget and Niche Mall? Did you know that Amazon has an affiliate program? There are definitely too many to name.

If you're looking to get into affiliate marketing, say so here. What industry are you in? Health and Fitness perhaps? Internet Marketing? Home Decor? I bet lots of people will give you great ideas on companies that have affiliate programs.

Perhaps you have a product and are looking for affiliates to help market it. Well don't be shy. Stand up and say so.

You're right, Dan. There is a ton of stuff out there. Azoogle ads, Commission Junction, and on and one. I'm an Amazon affiliate but never got any money from it (probably my site doesn't lend itself to it and not enough traffic) and I heard a rumor that Clickbank finds ways not to pay. Just a rumor. I haven't really used them that much. Again, probably not enough traffic.

Anyway, I'm coming to NAMS 4 to learn how to do it right.

    Hey Ken -

    Glad you're coming to NAMS.

As for ClickBank, rumors are rumors. I get a check every two weeks and can't complain. I'm happy with them. There are lots of other programs - good ones out there. My Niche Mall program is pretty good and continues to grow. There's a good program called the RAP Bank that I like too.

But we're going to get into a lot of that at the workshop. Look forward to seeing you.

I think the thing you hear about Clickbank not paying usually has to do with their Customer Distribution Requirement. You can literally be at hundreds or thousands of dollars, but not meet their CDR. However, I found that if you get to that point where it seems ridiculous and you email them they'll manually review your account and approve you payment with no problem, it's just a matter of asking.

    Retta and Dan,

Thanks for clearing up the rumor about Clickbank. It's good to know from people with first hand experience that it's something that works!

I have an affiliate program here at http://VAaffiliates.com with more products being added regularly. If you know service providers that work virtual from home then our products might fit your market perfectly. If someone is looking for a Virtual Assistant, you can even get paid to send leads to our network.
